Thirteen Restaurant was conceptualized and lovingly operated by Kirsty & Ryan Llewellyn for over seven years. In early 2017 the torch was passed to the current owner, Vanessa Redwing. Despite two Category 5 hurricanes we reopened the week after Irma to feed the community.
Thirteen's success lies in the attention to detail, playful dishes and passionate staff. The real secret of our success is our highly devoted clientele and our tucked away stunning location on the Northside of St. Thomas.
Thirteen Restaurant & Bar a New American establishment that specializes in putting a spin on classics influenced by the diversity of America's food journey through its history. We believe in sustainable and responsible cooking, we source when possible locally and are in the beginning stages of growing our own herbs, greens and one day vegetables.
